is a non-profit corporation incorporated by St. Mary’s First Nation the purpose of which is the advancement of education, relief of poverty, and civic improvement for the St. Mary’s First Nation community. Our purpose is to oversee the operation of community-based non-profit initiatives on reserve that may include but need not necessarily be restricted to:

• Funding for Maqiyahtimok Community Centre.
• Community health clinics.
• Promotion of indigenous cultural events.
• Assist with Educational initiate programs.
• After-school programs and sports for indigenous youth.
• Social and wellness initiatives for community elders.
• Other initiatives as approved by the board of directors that promote the objects and purposes of the new corporation.
• Assist with living costs for vulnerable community members.
